Commented the band: "It took two years to record but this record is saturated in rock, metal, and blues, tempered with doo-wop, acid rock, early 60's Rn'B, and late 50's Rock n Roll.Despite it's meticulous production, it is a sequence of mostly complete takes, mostly first takes; a minimal amount of Pro-Tools chicanery involved. The music is stripped down to it's bare essentials: Guitar, Bass, Drums, and Vocals. And the music itself is stripped down, naked, conduit the canal lusts, ecstatic desires, animalistic depravity...Raw Doggin' Love."
Fronted by Guitarist/Vocalist Eric Durango, Suzi Q on Bass, Toriii vocals, and K-Dawg on drums, Durango Dogs are currently playing shows around the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California, including the 2016 Creative Convergence Silicon Valley, Silicon Valley's annual music and technology festival.
